The MyClip AI service is operated by my manage LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Delaware (United States), EIN 32-0821932, registered office at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, Kent County, Delaware, USA. Data collected
We collect only what is necessary to create your clip and manage your account: email address, artist name, photos and soundtrack you send, style preferences, order history, credits and store credit, and strictly technical payment information passed on by Stripe (amount, status, transaction reference).
Use of your files
Your photos and song are used exclusively to produce the clip you ordered. They are never resold, transferred to third parties, or used to train artificial intelligence models. They are shared with our video-generation technical providers only for the duration of production.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (producing the clip), our legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and our legal obligations (accounting).
Retention
Files from an unpaid order are deleted when it is automatically cancelled, after 48 hours. Source files and delivered clips are kept for as long as needed for the service and any revisions, then deleted on request. Invoices are kept for the legally required period.
Subprocessors
We use Supabase (database, accounts, file storage), Stripe (payment), Lovable and Cloudflare (hosting), a transactional email provider, and artificial intelligence video and voice generation providers.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, request its portability, or object to its processing. Write to us at crowd1events@gmail.com: we respond within one month. You may also file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use cookies necessary for the site to work: keeping you logged in and securing payment. No advertising or marketing tracking cookies are used.
Security
Exchanges are encrypted, access to your files is restricted to your account through temporary links, and sensitive payment data never passes through our servers.
