Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose and publisher

These terms govern the sale of AI-generated video clips (music clips and product advertising clips) on the MyClip AI website, operated by my manage LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Delaware (United States), EIN 32-0821932, registered office: 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. Contact: crowd1events@gmail.com. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Services

The customer provides their photos, song or soundtrack, along with mood and style preferences. MyClip AI produces a video clip from these elements, in the length and quality chosen at order time (Standard HD or Cinema 4K, solo or duo, 1 to 4 minutes for music clips, 15 to 60 seconds for product clips).

The visuals shown on the site are illustrative examples. The final result depends on the quality of the photos and soundtrack provided.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and calculated by our servers at the time of order. Payment is made online by card, in full, through our payment provider Stripe. No card details are stored by MyClip AI.

Production starts only after payment is confirmed. An unpaid order is automatically cancelled after 48 hours and any submitted files are deleted.

4. Credits and store credit

Credit packs let you pay for an order in advance. One credit equals the value of a 1-minute solo Standard HD clip and is automatically deducted from the amount due. Credits are not refundable in cash.

If a paid order is cancelled, the amount paid is converted into store credit usable on a future order. A cash refund may be granted in exceptional cases.

5. Revisions

Every clip includes one revision, regardless of its length. Any additional revision is billed at €25. A revision covers adjustments to the ordered clip: it does not allow changing the song, photos or plan.

6. Delivery

The finished clip is made available for download in the customer's account, and the customer is notified by email. Files remain accessible from the customer's account.

7. Right of withdrawal

As the service is personalised and produced from elements supplied by the customer, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once production has started, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules. The customer expressly accepts this when placing an order.

8. Customer rights and responsibilities

The customer guarantees they hold all rights to the photos, recordings, trademarks and logos they submit, and have the consent of any people shown. They are solely responsible for the content sent. Unlawful, hateful, pornographic content or content infringing the rights of others is prohibited.

The customer owns the delivered clip and may use it freely, including commercially. MyClip AI may use an excerpt of the clip as an example on its site, unless the customer objects in writing.

9. Complaints

Any complaint can be sent from the customer account or by email. We respond as quickly as possible and seek an amicable solution before any further action.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amounts paid by the customer over the past 12 months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory rights granted to consumers under the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
